Our second Sunday in a row DJing in The Ritz room at the Venetian, and again for a first communion! Vivianna’s big day happened to be on Mother’s Day, which might be a dilemma for some families, but an event done right allows for everyone to celebrate. And when focus is on the kids, the moms become a priority as well. With Gerry as the Emcee and Bill Delaney DJing, we’re pretty sure Vivianna’s mom felt equally as special on her daughter’s big day.
A first communion reception is very different from a wedding, but it doesn’t make it any less fun! Our photo booth was jammed with kids (pictures from the booth are on Facebook), and Anthony Matos was especially good at handling their silly antics. Our LED Uplighting gave the room clean color, and Patrick Boyle had them flashing and alive when the dance floor was active–and because this was a Latin American reception, there had to be a lot of dancing! Bill Delaney kept people on their feet, DJing a good mix of Top 40, Salsa, and Merengue.
When the kids weren’t interested in dancing, Gerry took the floor as Emcee and played games with them! While some games had a “winner,” everybody was able to snag some of our fun giveaways: hats, maracas, sunglasses, and glow sticks were everywhere!
To Vivianna and her family: Thank you for trusting Golden Note Entertainment with your special day! We hope you loved it all!
