April 19, 2012 Golden Note Entertainment takes College Formal Entertainment to a new level

Felician College in Rutherford New Jersey hosted their annual “Spring Formal” this year. This college is a long term customer of ours and this year they chose to step things up. Although Golden Note provides entertainment for proms, formals and dances on the college level all the time, this college event stood out. Golden Note’s entertainment staff included Gerry Siracusa, Joe Di Pietro, Mario Dorival and Randy Lim. Golden Note transformed a college gym into a club with the use of pipe and drape, lighting and A/V. Our client wanted the music selection to appeal to everyone in Felician’s wide student demographic and Joey D, Golden Note’s best DJ mixed four hours of non-stop hits. The music selection contained the best of dance, rap, hip/hop, Latin, house, old school and top 40. Mario and Randy, Golden Note’s light and screen techs for the night made the party come alive with their décor and image capturing expertise. Titanium Towers, Reel Memories screen package, LED uplighting and the perfect mix of DJ entertainment made this college event…Extraordinary!

Golden Note’s “Engagement Party” on April 24, 2012 is a Bride’s Best Friend

On April 24, 2012, Golden Note Entertainment hosted one of its premium bridal events at Portobello Banquets in Oakland New Jersey. The “Engagement Party” is unlike any other bridal show in North Jersey. It is an “invitation only” bridal showcase that allows brides and grooms to experience all that Golden Note has to offer as well as some of the best wedding service providers in the area. In addition to Golden Note’s live performance, we gave our guests the opportunity to see many of our products and services. All of Golden Note’s talented entertainers were present to perform and meet with all of the brides and grooms on hand. We also set up our Titanium Towers, Reel Memories Screen Package and LED uplighting which are highlighted on our Four Weddings footage within the home page of our website. Also, we exhibited some of New Jersey’s top wedding upgrades. Many brides chose Golden Note’s Photo Booths, Black Light Shows and Gobo Projectors for their weddings that night. In addition to our services, Portobello Banquets, Will Blochinger Photography, Michael Distasio Photography, Blush Makeup, Wine and Roses Florists, Nika Paperworks, Bitcon Productions and Palermo Bakery did an outstanding job showing our guests why they are the best at what they do.

I am so proud of the Golden Note Entertainment staff for the work that they did to put this event together. Furthermore, it was an honor to have so many guests reserve Golden Note as their wedding DJs and wedding entertainment provider. Although our next “Engagement Party” is not scheduled yet, I can wait to set it up.

April 6, 2012 – Golden Note Entertainment shares the stage to “Rock” Cherilyn and Anthony’s wedding

This past Friday, Gerry Siracusa and Joe DiPietro had the pleasure of being the wedding MC and wedding DJ at Season’s catering in Washington Township. Personally I think it’s one of the best places to have a wedding in Bergen County. Although Golden Note performs many weddings at Season’s, this event entailed a unique entertainment combination. First of all, we provided ceremony music for our bride and groom and their dear friend Frank Fagnano officiated over the ceremony. After that, we provided the music for cocktail hour as we normally do then MC’d and DJ’d all of the introductions. After all of the opening festivities were completed, we turned the stage over to Bobby Hep and his oldies band “Desire”. What a treat! They kicked butt! It’s not very often that Joey and I have a chance to sit back and enjoy an hour of a wedding. When it came time for Golden Note to take stage, we had an awesome/unique request list from our bride and groom. ” Cherilyn and Anthony (Cher and Red) were very specific with their plays and don’t plays which were spread over 3 pages of notes. They wanted Golden Note to play great music off of their lists and did not want any crowd oriented dances. We worked hard together to plan their wedding and it showed. They truly made the wedding “theirs”. We also had the pleasure of working with two wedding photography and wedding videography veterans. Neil from John Agnello Photography and Alex from Unique Video Productions were amazing as always. Thanks again to Cher and Red for trusting us with their wedding and for everyone who worked so hard to make this event special.

TIPS BY GNE – It’s is amazing how a seasoned crew of event professionals makes such a big difference in a wedding. You never know when there will be a curveball thrown at your wedding. When you hire wedding professionals that have been doing this for a while, (over 10 years or a couple of hundred events) they will be able to use their expertise in weddings to “knock it out of the park”

March 30, 2012 – Golden Note brings Kelly and Thomas’ wedding to the next level at Ravello’s

Wedding MC Jim Mcbride and wedding DJ Mario Dorival with the help of light technician Christian Esquilin and screen technician Patrick Boyle showed 150 wedding guests what real wedding entertainment is on March 30, 2012. Kelly and Thomas’ wedding was at Ravello’s in East Hanover and Dominick was the Matre’d of the event. Golden Note Entertainment provided some of our best event enhancements available in today’s market. Our bride and groom chose one of our more elaborate packages. To start, our “Reel Memories” screen package recaptured our bride and groom growing up all the way to pictures during their engagement in our VPA (Video Photo Album). Then while our screen technician was taking pictures throughout the event to show later in the night, our screens displayed a customized graphic designed specifically for our bride and groom. This was a truly memorable part of their event. The event lighting at the wedding included one of our intelligent lighting packages called our Titanium Light Show and our Black light package. Golden Note also provided décor lighting for the event in the form of our LED uplighting package. It was comforting to work with two wedding professionals like Jessica from Jessica Lauren Photography and Chris from Digital Memories Event Videography. As always, we thank Kelly and Thomas for trusting us with their wedding.

Golden Note Rocks Taylor’s Bat Mitzvah on March 30, 2012 at The Lake Valhalla Club!

This past Friday Golden Note Entertainment a New Jersey Bat Mitzvah DJ rocked Taylor’s Bat Mitzvah. Gerry Siracusa (Me), Joseph DiPietro, Jillian Sanders and three other Golden Note staff, really had a blast providing our Bat Mitzvah entertainment services for Taylor, her friends and her family. The event was as The Lake Valhalla Club in Montville. The Game Show during the cocktail hour was a hit! While the adults had their own cocktail hour on the other side of the building, we had the kids competing to win prizes by answering questions about Taylor and solving Pop trivia. The time flew by. Taylor’s family chose to have our exclusive mitzvah entertainment which included an MC, DJ with three dancers/motivators, one of our lightshows with our “Reel Memories” Screen Package. As always, I really enjoyed working with Flo from Giulianna Marie Studios. They provided the photography and videograpahy services for the event. Everyone laughed, danced and sang all night. Next thing we knew, Taylor’s party was over. It went too fast. Seeing Taylor sitting on a chair exhausted with her feet up was priceless. Seeing her father bend down to talk to her and stand back up saying “THIS WAS YOUR SWEET 16” was hysterical! I want to thank the Rosenbergs for trusting me and my staff with their second child’s Bat Mitzvah Party. Allie, I enjoyed doing yours in 2009 and Kyle buddy…Your next! I would also like to thank Joe for “mixing your butt off”, Jillian and our other dancers for “dancing their butts off”, Flo from Giulianna Marie Studios for being the true professional photographer and Perry from Lake Valhalla for being the best matre’d and banquet manager in the area

January 13, 2012 – Allendale Ambulance Corp Holiday Party

After handling the award ceremony, Allendale’s Ambulance Corp danced the night away with Golden Note’s Entertainers.

The Ambulance Corp also decided to add Golden Note’s Reel Memories package to their party. We used the 55 inch screens to display their by Golden Note Custom Holiday Graphic/Background, simulcast the dance floor; show a slide show of the Allendale Ambulance Corp and their team of hard working individuals.
